2023 Kaohsiung International Steel & Iron Sculpture Festival - everything is connected

Steel can be very hard, and it can also become soft through processing. Dutch designer Lex Pott visited material retailers in the streets and alleys of the Pier-2 Art Center during his residency and witnessed the vibrant metal industry in Taiwan.
Lex Pott mentioned that he never sketches; instead, he is accustomed to materializing what he sees and thinks through 1:1 models. This time, we have the opportunity to see Kaohsiung through Lex's eyes: passionate, humorous, and vigorously vibrant.
